Pixxel Space Technologies, Inc. (“Pixxel”) honours the intellectual property rights of others and requires its users to follow suit.

Reporting Copyright Violations

Copyright holders or their authorized representatives should submit a notice detailing the infringement. Pixxel may then remove disputed content or take other suitable steps at its discretion.

Notice Requirements

  • Specify the infringed work(s), providing a list if multiple items are involved.
  • Point out the infringing content with enough details (like the Site URL) to locate it.
  • Supply your contact details: mailing address, phone, and email if possible.
  • Affirm: “I believe in good faith that the use of this material is not permitted by the owner, agent, or law (such as fair use).”
  • Confirm: “Under penalty of perjury, this Notice is true, and I own or represent the copyright holder.”
  • Sign with your full legal name (electronic or physical).

Trademark Infringement Reports

To flag potential trademark misuse on the Site, contact Pixxel with:

  • Your full name and signature.
  • Contact info for you or your agent (name, address, phone, email).
  • Details of the trademark(s): registration certificates for registered marks or proof of use (duration, area) for others.
  • Locator for the problematic content.
  • Statements: “I did not permit this use and believe it violates law”; “Under penalty of perjury, this is accurate, and I own or represent the mark owner.”

Pixxel will verify, inform the user, and act as needed, potentially removing the material.

Other IP Rights Claims

For patents, trade secrets, or similar infringements, notify Pixxel, including:

  • Name and signature.
  • Contact details.
  • IP description, ownership proof (e.g., patents, docs), and infringement evidence.
  • Content location.
  • Statements: “Unauthorized use, believed illegal”; “Accurate under perjury, I own/represent the IP.”

Pixxel will investigate, contact the user, and respond appropriately, such as content removal.
