This is the first part of Pixxel's interactive Hyperspectral Academy: a complete, original Intro to Looking at Hyperspectral notebook.

It walks you from a raw ENVI scene to full Principal Component Analysis: load the hyperspectral image and its header, view it as an RGB composite, inspect the wavelength behind every band, scrub through all bands with an interactive slider (hover for per-pixel reflectance and location), then run PCA, covariance structure, principal-component spectra, eigenvalue decay for intrinsic dimensionality, and the scene projected onto its first ten components.
